Scope was to provide a valuation of our Saas business. Key deliverable was a vauation report based on that businzess model and market segment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The measurable outcome was a valuaton report that is worthless as it was predicated on our company bieng an IT Services Consulting Firm.  Entirely wrong biusness model which we tried to expling multiple times. Well accepted metrics for providing a valuating for a Saas Business were not applied and report is of zero use.

They were not reponsive to our feedback.

How poorly executed this project was. Looked like an intern copy and pasted our info into  the report.
