BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a director of RSG, which has been active sine 2019 providing legal services to clients both within Australia and abroad.

For what projects/services did your company hire Monale?

We wanted a fresh and contemporary look to our branding to along with our marketing strategy and the company's vision, values and objectives. Monale was able to provide this through their professionalism and quality work.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed a few service providers, however we found Monale was the only provider to best understand our vision and objectives.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After an initial meeting to discuss the process, we were asked to describe what we wanted with our branding, its objective and also the vision of the company.

With our response in mind, Monale prepared a few samples for us in a presentation where each sample was discussed in great detail. Following some more deliberations both us and Monale were able to perfect our brand assets. The assets were then provided to us, ready for use in many mediums and forms.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were a few persons working on the project, including the managing director, designer and brand strategist.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Prior to releasing our new brand assets, we asked a number of our clients to provide feedback. All feedback was very positive and the branding was able to demonstrate our values and directives.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Throughout the project, we had many meetings to discuss the brand assets and our mutual objectives with the assets. Communication was key, and we found Monale was able to both communicate to us on what we wanted both verbally and visually.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We found Montale's ability to identify our objectives and vision swiftly. Also, how to showcase this in our branding an incredible talent. Monale changed our view as to how a law firm should tackle its branding and helped us move away from the conventional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our experience with Monale was amazing and we really feel we got value for money.
