We’ve collaborated with Molot Studios for several years across both BECC Modular and Ikkonic, and their work has become an indispensable part of our marketing and sales engine. From photorealistic product renders and axonometric floor-plans to full 3-D animations and storyboard sequences, the Molot team consistently transforms complex building concepts into visuals that excite prospects and clarify design intent.

The renderings were used in presentations and on the client’s website, directly contributing to securing funding and attracting investor interest. The visuals helped elevate the perceived value and appeal of the project.

Molot used an interative design approach, with a clear understanding of revision oportunities and cost thorught he entire process. Each project was setup in Miro, with phase captured and all edits available for view as we moved through the process. A great experience from every standpoint!

Are there any areas for improvement or something MOLOT could have done differently?

Working with international companies can be challenging at times when trying to manage time schedules. The 9 hour time differnece can be significant and hard to manage for internal teams ...but it seems that's the new business world we live in.
