We decided to transfer the software we had to new technologies. The transition to new technologies was a long-term process, and our main focus was functionality. We left design and user experience for last. We gave our employees that task, but the result was not good. 

Looking for an external partner, we came to Moin Studio UG. Based on the presentation and several test interfaces, we were satisfied and started cooperating. We have been working together for several months now and are delighted with the quality, approach, communication and professionalism.

Moin Studio went through the creative process with us and designed through a series of interviews and questionnaires helped us form the idea behind our brand. The deliverable is the brand book including logo and company color schemes. Additionally, Moin studio helped us in the design and implementation of our company web site providing both creative and development services.

In that regard, we were timely and accurately warned about what a realistic timeline for this process is. The service was on-time and on-budget with a very professional delivery from our vendors.

It is a small company capable of doing an important project while covering project management, design and implementation activities on their own. It was a sort-of guided experience to practically getting a turn-key solution for company brand identity. We loved the process and it helped us a lot, not just for the project related part (brand, web,..), but for building the common understanding of what our core values and goals are.

We have hired Moin Studio to provide a complete UX/UI design service, starting from usability research and a general UX Audit of an existing digital product, to suggest usability and accessibility improvements for the mentioned digital product. The key deliverables were a UX Audit with an evaluation of the quality of the user interface, navigation, and other elements and suggestions to improve the product's overall user experience and information architecture. 

From there, the designers at the studio provided new website organisation, wireframes and the final design for the improved product. Furthermore, they presented both research findings and design proposals directly to the clients and they were actively guiding and supporting our development team.

After each completed project phase, we ran client revisions and evaluation sessions that ensured that we were always on the right track, often ahead of schedule.

They have an agile project management approach, always ensuring all the stakeholders are involved and up to date with the most recent updates. The project was completed in multiple phases with clearly defined deadlines, all met by Moin Studio. Some phases were even completed ahead of schedule.
