Modal AI

Modal AI develops specialized AI agents and digital AI employees for businesses.

We help companies automate repetitive administrative workflows while keeping people in control of important decisions.

Our AI agents are designed to support real business processes such as email handling, task identification and prioritization, response preparation, appointment coordination, information retrieval and recurring reporting.

Instead of offering another generic AI chatbot, Modal AI focuses on specialized AI employees with clearly defined responsibilities. These agents can be integrated into existing workflows and systems, including Microsoft 365 environments.

Our approach combines intelligent automation with controlled autonomy and human review where required. This allows companies to automate routine work gradually without giving up transparency or organizational control.

Typical use cases include:

• Email and communication processing
• Automatic task extraction and prioritization
• Response and document preparation
• Appointment and workflow coordination
• Microsoft 365 process automation
• Information retrieval and summaries
• Custom AI agents for specific business roles

Modal AI primarily works with small and medium-sized businesses that want to reduce administrative workload, improve efficiency and introduce AI into their daily operations in a structured and practical way.

Our goal is to make AI agents useful as real digital employees — not just tools that wait for the next prompt.
