Then AI changed what was possible, and the change had to start with us: a company built to deliver projects on request cannot build AI that compounds. So we rebuilt ourselves into an AI-native company — AI runs through how we work, not alongside it. By whether the system still works six months after we hand it over, on real data and real volume. Before we start, we agree on the number that has to move — placements per month, cost per asset, hours from signal to reaction — and we work to that number, not to a list of delivered features.

Most failed AI projects were not built to survive contact with real data. A model that works on a clean sample breaks on edge cases, messy formats, and production load. That last stretch is the actual work, and it is where we start. We also don't split the system across vendors — the same team owns the data pipeline, the model, the infrastructure, and the interface, so there is nobody to point at when something breaks.

The client. The model, the code, the training data and the rights to all of it. We don't retain a licence, and we don't build on a shared endpoint your competitors can call too. If we fine-tune a model on your data, that model exists only for you.

Yes. Where confidentiality is a requirement, we deploy the entire system inside the client's perimeter — model inference, document processing, vector storage, monitoring — on their own servers. No document and no prompt goes to an external API. We have delivered this for a law firm handling due-diligence packages, where nothing was allowed to leave their network.

We start with a fixed-scope engagement on your real data: we reproduce the blocker, run the first production-grade iterations, and show what the model actually does on your edge cases. It ends with a clear answer on whether the full build is worth doing, and everything we produce is yours either way. If it goes ahead, we build the full system end to end and stay on afterwards to monitor it and retrain it as new data arrives.
