Mkris

Mkris is a Copenhagen-based SEO agency founded and led by Matti Ljungberg, one of Denmark's most recognised SEO specialists. With 15+ years of experience and work for 30+ enterprise brands including Sephora, Volkswagen, Jysk, Santander and DEKRA, we focus on one thing: organic growth that shows up on the bottom line, not just in ranking reports.

Our expertise spans the full SEO journey, from technical foundations to the next generation of search:

• Technical SEO, SEO audits and SEO strategy
• E-commerce SEO and programmatic SEO at scale
• AI SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews
• Link building, local SEO and AI-powered content automation

Matti is a pioneer in programmatic AI SEO. His 2024 whitepaper documented 63.2% organic growth for e-commerce and has been presented at #SearchSEOul 2025 in Seoul, Clever Content Conference and Copenhagen SEO Meetup. He also serves as SEO Director at Cernel.com and is the builder of mkrisseo.com, a suite of free SEO tools used by thousands of marketers and webshop owners.

Documented results include:

• 170,000 organic visitors in year one for Omregne.dk
• 400+ AI citations across ChatGPT, Copilot and AI Overviews for haandvaerkpriser.dk
• DKK 1.5M in revenue in under six months for Voresleads.dk
• Juliliving.dk lifted from position 23 to 2 on its most valuable keyword

Every engagement is handled directly by Matti, not passed to junior staff. You get senior-level analysis, honest prioritisation and a clear roadmap for where SEO can actually move your business. As clients put it: "Probably the sharpest mind in SEO in Denmark" and "the first person I call when it comes to AI and SEO."
