We hired MjSeo Agency to analyze our market segment, develop a content plan and provide recommendations on expanding the structure of our website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

MjSeo was recommended by a partner within our industry. We had very clear tasks, but our first priority--and concern--was safety from the Google ban. So, we had to make sure that MjSeo is not just another SEO firm, whose poor linking strategy could be a threat for our business. We analized their previous experience and came to the conclusion that this agency was good to work with, and it even might go beyond what we've seen with other SEO firms in how it examines keywords and phrases. Also, from an interview with their team we understood that their approach would help us to greatly expand the "footprint" of our content, which was essential for our content distribution strategy.

MjSeo made the necessary analysis of our market segment, developd the content plan and gave recommendations on the website. We received from them two analytical reports and content guidelines.

We worked with three persons: a project manager, a SEO specialist, and an SMM&marketing specialist.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

MjSeo produced an in-depth market analysis, which highlighted some unexpected opportunities for business growth. They also provided solid advice on content plan and website expansion. At the moment we cannot measure the impact, but we are sure that these outcomes will save us a lot of money, which we otherwise risked wasting on wrong SMM or growth strategy.

We used Telegram for written communication and Zoom for weekly calls. For tracking the key milestones we used Trello. All the tasks were executed on time.

They were client-oriented and can test ideas, so when they suggest actions, they already know what results to expect. We had relatively high expectations, but received even more. That's why we plan to work with them again on SEO review, support and strategy in the future.
