It's important to note that the team always met deadlines and agreements, and was willing to make changes during the process if requested. Tri Foundation successfully and urgently helped us to hire an experienced UI/UX Designer. We needed an agency that knew exactly how to find our specific skillset, as well as how to check the right mindset for our fast-pacing work style. Moreover we needed a recruitment agency able to screen all candidates’ portfolios independently to reduce the workload of our hiring manager. 

They successfully met each of our specific needs. The team performed extensive pre-screening of candidates so 40+ qualified designers were submitted to us in the period of ~1,5 months. The process was smooth and fast and included a detailed assessment of candidates experience and compliance with the requirements of the position. As a result, we hired an excellent specialist to our team within the agreed timeframe.
