What challenge were you trying to address with Minuteman Press?

Our office was relocating, so we needed to print some flyers and display them in the lobby at the other location.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially did the design and sent it to Minuteman press. Since I did it on Canva, they had to redesign it in Photoshop. They made a couple of changes to make it as close as possible.

We worked with one person.

I found them through a Google search.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $300.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together for two weeks between August–September 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t have any metrics. We had to use the flyers because we didn’t have any other options.

How did Minuteman Press perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication wasn’t good. They didn’t deliver on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

No, nothing made them stand out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should be on time and do all of the designs accurately. Overall, they should communicate what’s going on at their end.
