Introduce your business and what you do there

I’m a product manager at a tools selling company that has 150 stores around Uzbekistan.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenges were you trying to address with Minim Brand Design?

We needed someone to design one of our product’s packaging.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Minim Brand Design designed the packaging for one of our new products, a glue. They analyzed our competitors in the local market before creating the packaging.

What was the team composition?

We had worked with three designers and a project manager.

How did you come to work with Minim Brand Design?

I researched branding and design agencies, and Minim Brand Design’s name caught my attention. I checked their portfolio and found them to be very good. They had designed for many established brands in our country so I decided to work with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement lasted from April–June 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Minim Brand Design was one of the best companies that we had worked with. They provided a high-quality packaging design.

Other designers had already worked on this project, but their designs were not as good as what Minim Brand Design delivered.

How did Minim Brand Design perform from a project management standpoint?

We encountered some issues with their project manager as sometimes they took a while to reply to our emails and requests. We communicated mostly via email and Messenger.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Other designers had already worked on this project, but their designs were not as good as what Minim Brand Design delivered.

Are there any areas they could improve?

As I mentioned, their response time wasn’t as fast as we expected. Other than that, our engagement had been very good.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend that they work with Minim Brand Design.
