Overall, it’s been a big improvement for us.We’ve just started using the system recently, so we don’t have exact numbers to share. 
However, the workflow already feels smoother, and we can see that renewals and client handling will get much easier with time. The initial feedback is positive. Our team feels the dashboard is clean, reminders are helpful, and client management is faster than the old manual process. So early indicators show a good impact.

The project is still going on, but we have seen good outcomes like working screens, order flow setup, and basic delivery features coming live in demos. This gives confidence that things are on track.
