I’m the CTO at one of India’s largest dairy product manufacturers. We serve more than 3 million people. I take care of business processing and financials. I also ensure there aren’t technical issues in the software we use.

We needed a vendor to develop a platform to help us expand our business beyond our geographical reach. Mindjini helped us build a mobile app for this purpose.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mindjini helped us build a platform where we can sell our products to end customers and B2B clients in remote areas. The deliverables were a package of three products, including web and mobile apps for Android and iOS. 

Their resources built the app we needed from scratch using Node.js on the frontend and MongoDB at the backend for database management. They then provided us with maintenance services.

We facilitated a tender and invited over a hundred mobile app vendors in India to bid on the project. Our team chose and scrutinized 10–15 vendors out of 100. Ultimately, we settled on Mindjini since their proposal suited our requirements. Their team also had the best professionals on board.

The project lasted from January 2021–March 2022. They still do offer maintenance services, however.

We recorded over a 200% increase in sales since launching the app. For comparison, I was only expecting a 150% increase, so we were happy — their work exceeded our expectations.

Mindjini delivered the work before the deadline, though the budget was slightly higher than expected. We communicated via email and managed the project using Jira.

They had a great team of professionals, and their creativity was top-notch.

The budget was higher than expected. I could have saved $500–$1,000 if I’d negotiated with them. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Integrating CRM has helped us decreased the sale turnaround time to almost 60 % , which means we have more time to expand our market . With this we are now even present in Middle eastern countries and now working in 15 countries as compared to earlier when we have presence in only 8 countries

Everything was completed on time , major discussion was on call or Zoom meeting , They visited our office on starting of project to gather and understand our requirements and at the end of project we had a regular training session from their team to make us more comfortable with salesforce . Apart from that we had a contract with them to train our new joinee in their premises , which is a ongoing process

I really appreciate their expertise in Salesforce and CRM integration, Understanding the present requirements and forecasting the future requirements of clients
