MindInMotion was founded by Baltimore native Joshua Land and Boston transplant Victor Fink in 2012. We met in a 16mm filmmaking class in college and quickly bonded over our obsession with movies. Since then, we've made five feature films together and grown a company making video for clients who care about quality.
With 100+ clients served and 1.8M+ video views, we specialize in full-service video production—handling everything from concept to final delivery. Our services span commercial (TV spots, social media ads), corporate (recruitment videos, training content, testimonials), film (feature films, documentaries), and post-production (editing, color grading, VFX using Final Cut Pro, Premiere, Avid, and DaVinci Resolve).
With offices in Baltimore, MD and Orlando, FL, we serve clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Notable clients include Johns Hopkins, Maryland State Department of Education, American Lung Association, InterPublic, Anne Arundel County Police, Infinite Legacy, and The Packard Center for ALS Research.
Our feature films "I Like Me" and "Bad Witch" have screened at festivals worldwide and stream on major VOD platforms.

Our Story
Film school friends turned production partners. We met in a 16mm filmmaking class and quickly bonded over our shared obsession with movies. Since then, we've made five feature films together and grown a company making video for clients who care about quality. Our work has taken us from Baltimore and DC to Orlando, the mountains of Washington state, and the rainforests of Cuba. When we're not working for clients, we're working on our own projects—currently our new feature film "Incubation."
