We don't have any internal capabilities to cover our hiring needs, so we've addressed MindHunt to help us with recruitment prosses.

What were your goals for this engagement?

We had several hot vacancies for which we were looking for experienced candidates. We needed a quick result, so we hired professionals for help.

We reviewed a lot of companies on the market and chose the best option for ourselves. This company has a good reputation and customer-oriented service, and this is what we were looking for.

Describe the engagement in detail.

They search for the most suitable candidates, interview them and send us their CVs for review. They communicate with the candidates asking about their salary expectations, specific details of qualifications. They are responsible for an introductory interview, feedbacks from both sides, all the necessary documents.

I have two recruiters; both were responsible for different vacancies.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

MindHunt team provided us a lot of skilled and experienced candidates. Almost all the proposed candidates were invited for interviews. Thanks to MindHunt, we closed five difficult IT-vacancies in a short time. The hiring process went smoothly for both the candidates and us. We are happy with such impressive results!
