Our Story
A New Standard For Career Coaching Mindful Career was founded in 2016 after Miriam Groom recognized a gap in traditional career support. People were being given résumé advice, personality quizzes, and surface-level coaching, but very few services were looking at the whole person: their psychology, values, strengths, nervous system, environment, and real career options. Mindful Career was created to bridge that gap.
