Through Virtual CIO (vCIO) and CXO advisory services, we connect technology decisions with operational priorities and business goals.
MEC delivers IT strategy, technology and cybersecurity assessments, AI risk and readiness assessments, infrastructure engineering, managed IT services, cloud solutions, and systems integration. We also help organizations strengthen business continuity and emergency preparedness so they can respond to and recover from cyber incidents, natural disasters, infrastructure failures, and other disruptions.
Our Emergency Management & Preparedness services include readiness and gap assessments, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk and capability assessments, and review or development of Emergency Operations Plans (EOPs) and Continuity of Operations Plans (COOPs). We also support hazard mitigation, recovery planning, crisis communications, training and drills, and ongoing preparedness. Our approach incorporates FEMA preparedness guidance, NIMS, and ISO 22301.
From assessment through implementation, MEC pairs strategic guidance with hands-on technical and operational expertise to help clients modernize systems, reduce risk, strengthen continuity, and improve efficiency.
