Architectural design

Milat is an architectural office that provides architectural design services. We create conceptual design projects, from the main to the detailed design and interior design.
In our work, we always try to move the scale of the possible, and achieve optimal results for the client by rationally using the budget and maximally implementing the agreed program. We approach each client individually. The projects we have worked on are of various scales and purposes, small and large residential houses, multi-apartment buildings, public buildings, hotels, exterior and interior design of private and public spaces. We develop solutions with you through the conceptual phase and strive to harmonize the program and needs. We present projects to you through sketches, 3D models, visualizations and VR walkthroughs. In the main and detailed design phases, we develop agreed solutions using the most modern tools. We also obtain the necessary building permits and studies.
We use BIM software, which means that we have top-notch presentation and analytical tools at our disposal even in the early stages of project development.

BIM

BIM stands for Building Information Modeling, which describes the process of creating a smart 3D model of a building, which provides architects and engineers with better insight and tools for more efficient planning, design, construction and maintenance of buildings. The main outcome of this process is the Building Information Model, a three-dimensional digital description of every aspect of the building. The model is created collaboratively by all participants involved in the process. The model allows those who manage the construction or maintenance process of a building to optimize their actions, which contributes to a higher value of the building throughout its entire life.
