I’m the director of sales for an IT outsourcing firm.

We use Miers Insurance for our cyber insurance needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

If we or our customers ever get hacked, Miers Insurance helps cover that. Moreover, if an employee ever gets hurt at our location, they cover our insurance needs on the commercial side. They also do benefit consulting for us.

What is the team composition?

We work with their managing partner and a business development officer for our internal sales. We pass referrals back and forth.

How did you come to work with Miers Insurance Services, LLC?

Miers Insurance was originally a client of ours. We ended up building a good relationship, and then we started using their services.

How much have you invested with them?

Our policy covers $1.5 million per year, and we pay around $10,000 a year for it.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2007, and the engagement is ongoing.
