We deliver proactive, fully-managed IT — not break-fix. We monitor servers, networks and endpoints 24/7 and resolve issues before staff notice them, all on one flat fee of R450 per user per month (excl VAT, 12-month contract) with no surprise call-out invoices. That covers six pillars: 24/7 monitoring and security, Microsoft 365, backup and recovery, communications (VoIP/email), desktop and end-user support, and network and infrastructure — plus a monthly health report and a documented sub-1-hour response SLA on logged incidents.
MiBOT is ISO 27001 certified, with internal processes independently audited — valuable for regulated SMBs in law, accounting, healthcare and finance facing POPIA obligations. 500+ projects completed across 15+ industries.
