We hired Ariel from Miami Video Productions to create 6 videos for us. We wanted short 1 minute videos and Ariel delivered exactly what we wanted. Ariel shot footage, and then he edited multiple videos for us.

We have been using Ariel from Miami Video Productions for over 10 years because he's the absolute best. The way that he films and lights the scene is impeccable and unmatched. 

In addition to being extremely talented, Ariel has a heart of gold. He is kind, patient and makes you feel very comfortable. He also makes the people that he's shooting comfortable in front of the camera, which is important. Ariel has create at least 100 videos for us at this point. We continue to have a lot of company success with the videos that Ariel has created for us.

Ariel from Miami Video Productions is great with time management, and he always delivers on time. Plus, he is very open to making additional edits as needed. We are always happy with Ariel's work.

We find that Ariel from Miami Video Productions offers a unique service because he creates beautiful, captivating and easy-to-understand videos for us - PLUS he's just so nice and easy to work with. He offers the best of both worlds, and he's so patient too. Everything Miami Video Productions films has a luxury feel.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Miami Video Productions could have done differently?

The only thing we would change is to have Ariel live closer to us. However, he's just a 2 hour flight away, and he is always open to traveling for us.

Miami Video Productions spent a few days with us filming an in-house company/services video at our facility in Doral, Fl. The goals were to capture the expertise of our company in exporting highly perishable food products to over 65 markets around the globe.

They focused on our dynamic, multi-cultural staff, our expansive temp controlled facility, featuring our modern equipment, as well as our production room to demonstrate our value-add services, i.e., product re-pack and labeling services. They delivered above expectations and did so with very little notice or time to plan.

The project was essentially last minute. We had planned to do it at a later date, but the need became more urgent so we didn't give them much time to schedule or prepare. However, they accommodated to our timeline and worked around our busy schedules, especially the windows we had available to shoot in the warehouse, to get the job done. Whatever need we had, they met, period.

Reliability. Flexibility. Professionalism. Active/Hands-on ownership. The ability to listen and make suggestions/changes on the go. And the ability to take a general thought/direction and create more than what you had in mind.

Given the short notice, busy schedule and limited access to the facilities, they couldn't have done a better job completing the project . We, as the customer, could have, but not them. And I know their capabilities today are even beyond what they were during our project.

My end client specializes in construction and roofs for manufactured homes. Miami Video Productions has filmed the end client’s construction and installation process of the roofs. Miami Video Productions has managed the video’s process, including scriptwriting and creative direction. Miami Video Productions has also managed the videos’ postproduction, including audio editing, voiceovers, and color correcting. 

Miami Video Productions has produced around 10 videos that range from 2–5 minutes long. The videos have informational purposes, and the end client has used them on their website to attract customers. Miami Video Productions has also provided product photography services for us.

How did Miami Video Productions perform from a project management standpoint?

Miami Video Productions meets deadlines. The end client took a long time to approve the video, but Miami Video Productions was diligent about staying on top of deadlines and deliverables. 

We used Frame.io to review the video edits and make changes. We communicated through phone and video calls.

I’m most impressed with Miami Video Productions’ professionalism. I also like that they’re up to date with all technologies.

We had new rides at the park and needed video footage to create commercials and ads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Miami Video Productions provided videography services for us. We needed B-roll footage to use in our marketing materials in the future. We told Miami Video Productions the kind of footage we required, and they delivered 30 clips of different lengths ranging from 15 seconds to a minute.

We had a tight timeline since we needed to shoot everything at a fair, and Miami Video Productions completed the project in 1–2 weeks. Miami Video Productions brought actors for the video since it’s hard for us to get footage of people because you need their permission.

We mainly worked with Miami Video Productions’ cinematographer.

We had previously worked with Miami Video Productions last year, and I originally found them online. I chose Miami Video Productions because of their website and good reviews — they looked very reputable. Miami Video Productions responded quickly to our request, so we contacted them again for this project.

We worked together in March 2023.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Miami Video Productions gave us really great high-quality footage to work with. Our in-house video editor hasn’t asked for anything extra, which tells me we got everything we needed. We appreciated that Miami Video Productions hired talent for the footage because that way, it wasn’t an empty ride going around.

How did Miami Video Productions perform from a project management standpoint?

Miami Video Productions’ project management was excellent — they stayed on schedule. There was an original date when we wanted to film, but Miami Video Productions wasn’t available. Then something got canceled on their end, and Miami Video Productions let us know immediately they were available. They made it work for us, which was awesome. We communicated through email.

I was most impressed with Miami Video Productions’ customer service.

I can’t think of anything for Miami Video Productions to improve. We were happy with Miami Video Productions’ work from start to finish.

We reviewed a few video companies in Miami. This company came HIGHLY recommended and works with huge companies. We would and will be using them again. The quality of their cameras and the attention to detail was something that I had never seen before.
