Provide an extension that can be used for a specific Free Of Charge (promotion) scenario, which reflects the by the customer desired behaviour in both the shopping cart as well as the mini cart. The promotion and its behaviour can be managed via configuration in the backoffice.

MexBS created a custom Magento 2 extension that allows us to combine multiple shopping cart discounts under a single coupon code. Not only is this functionality incredibly useful, but from what I have found, it is the only extension of it's kind.

We recently updated our store and ran into some issues where the older version of this extension no longer worked, and the team over at MexBS had a new version rolled out for us within 24 hours. Amazing support!!

They had a modue that was very similar to what we needed already

We needed a custom cart rule that allowed for mix and match prices at the tier level and across several products that were not necessarily in the same category. We needed these rules to exclude the custom product options that were additional fees as well. Once all of this was completed, we had them apply the same exclusions to the default magneto rule, "percent discount" too.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Every time we had an issue of module conflict or API logic, they were eager to help resolve the issue and responded back in a timely manner. Their work is clean and straight forward.

At first, the responses for the custom work inquiry was slow but once the scope of the project was laid out, things moved a lot faster.

The only thing we wish they did better is have composer update capability. Beyond that, we have nothing negative to say about the experience. We are very pleased.
