Our app aims to be a user-friendly platform for food enthusiasts to discover, collect, and share recipes. It will offer a range of features, including recipe search, meal planning, user profiles, and a social aspect for sharing culinary creations. They developed a user-friendly mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms. To start they implemented a responsive and visually appealing user interface.

• Integrated user registration and profile management.

The best thing is that they offered post-launch maintenance and support options, including bug fixes and updates.

Our user engagement is incredible. It has increased significantly. The number of registered users, daily active users, and user sessions has went up in a month. The number of user-uploaded recipes, comments, likes, and shares to gauge user involvement has also skyrocketed. 
We also have incredible user retention rates. You need that to ensure that users continue using the app over time. We see an increase in the number of recipe ratings and reviews, which indicates user interaction and feedback.
Last but certainly not least, the number of downloads on both iOS and Android platforms are on the incline.

I chose Metricoid because of its wonderful CEO who is very nice and skilled. Amarjit understood the project. I felt he would be a hard worker and take care of my requirements.

Their work has helped my clients in different ways, helping some launch into different activities and industries for a good price. They produce good websites and we will continue to work with them and do a lot more. 

How did Metricoid Technology Solutions Private Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Trello, so it has been easy for me to manage the project with them and my clients. Every stage has been dealt with perfectly. Even when we don’t know exactly what we want or our client has customizations, everything is fulfilled perfectly. When a client is difficult, they handle everything perfectly. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve done everything perfectly. Again, when a client isn’t easy to handle, Amarjit is professional and never gets frustrated. We’ve had no problems and everything is perfect. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the efficiency with his team was understandably lower. 

Sometimes, when we don’t explain something clearly or they misunderstand, we have to make corrections or ask for changes. However, this is natural with all projects. In order for a website to be good, it takes time. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You’d make a good choice by working with this company. They will never let you down. Present as much as you can about where you want to go, but know that you can’t predict everything.

Knowledge and that Mr. Kumar took care of all tools needed to make my webshop easy to use. He brought in some good ideas which we implemented together. I was happy I could concentrate on my core business.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Single developers are fine for a small project, but complex projects require a solid, highly professional team, and that is exactly what Metricoid brings to the table. They are capable of swiftly and efficiently resolving any backend issue and integrating it into the frontend from a variety of perspectives, including site optimization and resources consumption.

Their reach and expertise also extend well beyond simply development; they established multiple servers and hosting, from AWS to dedicated and virtual servers, then supported us through the digital marketing process.

I see no areas for improvement. Working with such a brilliant, dedicated team was a pleasure.
