We quickly launched an MVP and let's just say it needed a facelift. We connected with Gigi and she very quickly helped us design a simple flow for the app that not only looked better but engaged our customers more. She rebranded our app and also helped with some marketing collateral. She can do it all!

We were referred to Gigi through some mutual friends.

Gigi took a look at our current app, did an exploratory call to understand how we currently use our application and started speccing out a user flow within figma. She then refreshed each page at a time while staying true to our needs. Once we got the big picture design she implemented the theme across all our pages in a remarkable turnaround.

Just Gigi, you won't need anyone else!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In just a few weeks Gigi gave us a shippable design that we were super impressed with. A lot of apps need to be simpler, and Gigi is exceptional at making design as simple and elegant as possible, but not any simpler. Wouldn't recommend any other vendor!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Great communicating with Gigi, we just set up a shared slack channel for easy communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Her skills and response time blew me away.

We looked for designers on Upwork. Gigi stood out as highly dependable. We did a small test project to get oriented with Gigi. She performed wonderfully and we immediately got to work.

Gigi is involved from the beginning of a project, through revisions, up to handoff to developers. She works on design as well as interfaces with clients themselves during the revision stages.

Gigi works with our agency as a solo contract designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with Gigi we've been able to increase our bandwidth of total clients in the pipeline. Our response times on design revisions is faster. Our clients feel like they have a more dedicated design team because of the personal attention we can give them.

Autonomy is very important here. Gigi fit right into our process in which we place a great deal of trust and responsibility on individuals to do good work, on time, without micromanagment.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Gigi brings a positive energy everywhere she goes. Best of all, Gigi is someone you know you can trust pretty quickly.

Our website was created 4 years ago and was severely outdated and inconsistent with our brand.

We searched for a while to find the right designer who would be able to translate what we do into an on-brand stylistic design that was mobile-friendly, comprehensive for visitors, and more modern for this day and age.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We conducted a handful of interviews (1st and 2nd rounds). Gigi graciously spoke with us about 3 times before we made our final decision.

The deciding factor was her years of experience, her ability to comprehend our asks for the website, and the fact that she did research on our industry to be able to understand our business and the clients coming to our page.

We had a few discovery meetings to review our current site and discuss company goals. Gigi is equipped with her own platforms which she gave us access to.

One was to view her visual designs and collaborate on the project as we moved along and the other was a project management platform so that we were all on the same page for next steps, deliverables and resources needed to move forward.

She first gathered all of our copy/content and then began the wireframe. After going back and forth about 3 times on reviewing and revisions to the wireframe, Gigi proceeded to create a beautiful web design based on our asks.

We repeated the review and revision steps with the designs and had no problem collaborating via her Figma platform. After the designs were completed.

Gigi even worked with our developer team to help them access and implement the design. She even checked in on the development process long after her part of the work was completed.

For this project, we worked directly with Gigi.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Her designs were very robust and our development team was able to easily implement them into our new site. Our visitor time on page has increased by 2 minutes and traffic has increased by 50%. We have also received 10% more relevant inbound inquiries.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Gigi's work was very timely. She was very easy to work with and conducted multiple virtual meetings with us during the process. In addition to the meetings, she was very responsive on slack and made sure to respond to communications right away.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was honestly blown away that Gigi was able to complete this project herself. The only reason it took such a long time to complete was due to our company going back and forth on our vision for the brand. I was also pretty impressed by her organization of the project and attention to detail.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The experience working with Gigi Chang Inc on this project was affordable, efficient, and very smooth.
