Meticulous Image is a commercial video production company based in Southlake, Texas, founded in 2019 by Dan Maitland and Austin Hines. We make the technical look cinematic: video production for the industrial, manufacturing, and B2B companies that build, engineer, and operate the real world.
Most production companies avoid this work because they don't speak the language. We built our company on it. Our crews have filmed active manufacturing plants, working heavy equipment, and BSL-3 laboratories for clients like GRAITEC, CDE, Sibanye-Stillwater, and Microbiologics, alongside brand and campaign work for Disney, General Motors, Toyota, Southwest Airlines, and Solo Brands.
We work in two lanes most competitors don't touch: cinematic technical storytelling for hard-to-film industries, and institutional knowledge capture, producing structured video documentation of how a company actually works, built for training, onboarding, and the AI systems businesses are starting to run on.
Serious projects start with a paid Creative Kickoff: strategy and a concrete production plan before a camera rolls. Project minimum is $15,000. Most clients stay for the long run, our longest relationship is six years and counting.
We serve the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex and film on location nationwide and internationally.

Meticulous Image started in 2018, when Dan Maitland and Austin Hines worked together for the first time on a sunscreen commercial. The company opened its doors in 2019, built on one idea: technical B2B work deserves the same craft as any consumer brand. Most production companies avoid manufacturing floors and active labs because they don't speak the language. We built our company on exactly that work.
