We built a service (Elite Technical Recruiting) where candidates are faced against a real technical expert for a rigorous 60-minute interview tailored specifically to your product, technology, and hiring requirements. After the technical interview, we produce a comprehensive technical report that maps a candidate's technical skills against the product and tech stack. The report saves time for the hiring team by providing a clear picture of real technical capabilities, enabling more informed hiring decisions.

Our Story
Metheion started with the belief that recruiting and evaluating engineers should be done by engineers who understand the technology, not recruiters. Conventional recruiting puts a barrier between real engineering skills and hiring decisions. We wanted to remove that barrier. What started as a response to a broken technical hiring process became a company built around one principle: top technical talent should be recognized for the problems they can solve, not keywords on a CV.
