Cardano NFT-marketplace
We designed and developed, together with IOGS, a decentralized application on the Plutus platform - an environment for writing smart contracts on the Cardano blockchain. Created DApp is one of the first NFT marketplaces on Cardano, built together with IOGS to test the Plutus platform, on which users can create their own unique NFT token, put it up for sale or buy tokens of other participants, open auctions and participate in others, and create collections of cards.

IAGON
Developing a service for decentralized data storage based on Cardano, where users of the service can earn money from providing free space on their computers for storing files. Our team is developing smart contracts for user interaction with the blockchain and decentralized market.

Adadao
We are participating in the development of smart contracts platform on Cardano blockchain, which gives the opportunity to release the ASUD stablecoin secured by the ADA crypto assets.
We have already developed the logic of the system operation and user interaction with smart contracts, at this moment we are implementing a backend for the platform.

Akropolis
We developed frontend for 10 MVPs. At present moment the project is at the development stage. It is an aggregator of DeFi products for finances reserve and accumulation. Since July 2020 we’ve been developing front-end along with the project team.

Crypto Kombat
We developed a frontend for the collectible card crypto game called CryptoKombat. Players may purchase hero cards for the in-game currency. The cards are represented by famous characters in the cryptocurrency world. Having purchased the card, the player gets the chance to participate in PVP and PVE battles to hit the list of group leaders.

Zombie Cupcakes
We developed frontend and connected smart-contracts for the NFT collection sales platform that received a grant from Polygon to help build Metaverse ecosystem. Implemented bizarre animations, based on the client's request to make the interface more dynamic and playable. Enjoyed the process.

Datalight
MVP’s front-end for a cryptocurrency service. Data analytics and visualization with large data tables and a widget system

Please describe your company and your position there.
I work for a company that performs different kinds of market research.
For what projects/services did your company hire MetaLamp, and what were your goals?
MetaLamp has developed a design system for our surveys, and has also implemented and currently maintains a web application.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched for specialists through special services. There we met MetaLamp's CTO and started working together.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The metalamp team developed a design system for our research. The system was designed so that we are now able to design new forms of research using ready-made solutions from this system. The development team designed the architecture for our service from the scratch and develop all the research forms we needed. At the moment, we are working with the team to fix some bugs and to modify and improve the existing forms.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
At the start, the team consisted of a designer and a couple of frontend developers. In more than 5 years the team has changed, now we work with one developer. We also regularly communicate with MetaLamp's management to discuss organizational issues.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The main success is that we use the forms to do research and they work and make our customers happy. I cannot report more detailed outcomes because of the NDA.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
At the start, we communicated deeply with the team, receiving daily progress reports. Now we contact the MetaLamp team with our requests, using messenger communication.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The MetaLamp team is always ready to answer our request quickly in case of high urgency. This is very important for us, because sometimes some problems appear when we are already doing our research and it is very critical for our clients to have everything working well
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We always discuss any problems if they occur. MetaLamp's management solves all of our cases very quickly.

Right now we have two frontend developers who work full-time. We also have a project manager from MetaLamp always on contact with us. We plan to expand the frontend team in the near future.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I hadn't worked with a remote outsourced team before, and I had some fears that we wouldn't be able to work as well as with an inhouse team. The MetaLamp team shows very good results of their work and my fears were not justified. I appreciate our cooperation and recommend to my colleagues who also need frontend development.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
It would be great to have backend developers from MetaLamp. But unfortunately they don't provide backend development service right now. Hope they will in near future.
