Michelle graduated from York University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree. She currently holds both the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designations. Michelle also holds a number of certifications including a registered Mentor Coach on the International Coach Federation, Facilitator for Development Dimensions International (DDI), Birkman First Look (BFL) Reports and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
