Software company, I am the CEO, we decided to outsource this internal project so we can focus on our customers.

We needed a software for our HR team for hiring and manage our employees.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We worked with them in the past and we were very pleased with the results, so it only made sense to work on this project with them again.

The soft was made in .NET Core 6 and Angular13, with PostgreSQL. The latest technologies were used. We were kind of set on this technologies because we also work with them so we maintain the software ourselves. They had no issues with this.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 4 people in the team. One front-end, one devops and two back-end developers. All seniors.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were very pleased with the outcome, it had a few bugs but they solved them immediately. We were very impressed with the performance of the software they provided and the UI feeling.

We regularly kept in touch via a channel we made for this project, any questions were answered there from both sides. The communication was very good on point.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with their attention to performance and user experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can think of. Keep up the good work!

After a bad experience with another software company, I look very carefully for another partner. I need a company to understand my requests, my problems and someone who come up with suggestions

In the first couple of weeks, we talk a lot about what I needed, after that, we established the CRM specifications. They came up with three interface mock-ups to choose the design. Once the design was established they developed the functionalities. Was a web-based application, based on .net technology, Angular and Docker Swarm

The team has 4 or 5 people, including a designer. At least 2 senior software developers. Most of the time I worked directly with the project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

For us, the CRM soft, was a big step from individual .xls files to reports, sales overviews, and lead generators.

The project manager was very dedicated, especially compared to another software company I used to work. They respected their deadlines. We communicated via email, GitHub, and Teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Was very easy to communicate with the project manager, who take the whole responsibility for the project. No waste time with nonsense speaking

We are an ISP (Internet Server Provider) company with a history of more then 15 years in IT services and networking. I am the owner and administrator of CNETWORK S.R.L.

Our company had some legacy software and Linux/Windows servers which needed some optimizations and migrations to new infrastructure and to cloud.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We know people from MeshSoftware from previous companies where we had some common projects together. They were professionals, straightforward, and experienced in regards to our needs.

Our project consisted in moving e-mail server,sql servers,erp application,file server and active directory to a new hypervisor called Proxmox and some new servers. The hard part was to keep everything up and running due to the fact that we have many clients and we could not downtimes.

We have also move from a local postfix - exchange e-mail servers to online exchange and integrated with new active directory controller. Everything went as smooth as possible and we have decided to keep collaborate with MeshSoftware.

They worked 4 of them.2 were senior software engineers and 2 were senior devops engineers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes,as I stated in the previous fields the fact that we did not afford any downtimes and they managed to achieve during migration was the greatest success possible for this project.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

During the critical parts we had online calls and they have created a whatsapp channel in order to keep in touch and to be sure that everything is working.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their commitment and professionalism which is quite hard to find these days.

No.

We hired MeshSoftware to create a web based software app that will manage the IT assets based on users and locations.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have selected MeshSoftware based on: recommendations, short therm on solving the request and a good price set for this task.

They checked if the current infrastructure is supporting the app we need, after that they participate in a serial of meetings to be able to get all requests involved for this project. They asked for a written schema of how we are willing the app to look and function. they provided a test medium where we cud see how the app will look (menus, colors, user interaction).

After they had a part of the app done, they started providing us the test medium with that part. When the job was done (all requests have been completed) they moved from test environment to live (again with support and updates if needed, just to make sure everything is working as requested). At the end when the time of the contract has expired and till then all the tasks have been completed as requested, they sent us the bill.

From what I know there was a team of at least 4 members working for us, still we kept the in contact just with one member of the team ( the manager).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Considering the fact that before this app was done, the management of assets was kept in an accounting program beside 4 Excel files with a constant stress point on completing each task in each file, and now all we need to to is to manage the data in the app and partiali in the accounting program, the entire Mewi team is more relaxed having the data needed at just one click distance.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

If we take in consideration the fact that the app was completed in the established time and it was working as requested, i think that this collaboration was perfect

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided a tool in a short period of time, proving to us that they managed to keep the project in line.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the moment I can't think that something cud be done different.

I am the administrator of the company Trade Trans Terminal, we are located with our business all over Europe and in Romania with warehouses, train management and a container terminal.

We have increased the volumes of work for train management and warehouse services and needed to automatize as much as possible the work to be able to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We hired them through a human resource company. Deciding factors for us were their experience based on the CV.

They designed a software from scratch for working with train management (bookings, train documents, automatic document generation) and put up a very friendly interface in order to make work as easy as possible. Technologies used: angular, golang, java, rabbit, postgresql, redis, docker, prometheus.

From the vendor there were 3 people that worked with us, a web designer for the front end and 2 developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to work with the software demo 3 months before the deadline, as they slowly developed more and more features. Now, the software is working properly.

The project management was nicely done, we had regular physical and online meetings and great feedback to all our requests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their vast experience and direct contact with the developers were a big plus in achieving the desired result.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In some periods, they needed more time to deploy some solutions, but due to the fact that they were gathering more issues that needed to be fixed and deploy everything at once.

We received good references about Mesh Software and were impressed with the proposed solution, cost of the project and the delivery time

They designed a custome made software so that our vedning machines can communicate with the software of the catering company, which operate the RFID cards and collect the cash that is used for charging the RFID card with credit

There were 2 people but in the testing and implementation phase we worked mostly with one person, Mr. Covaci Codrut

We had 24/7 support in the implementation phase, all our requests were solved in a timely manner
