I’m the controller of a general construction company.

We needed help with our construction technology needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Merit IT handles all of our IT needs and manages all of our software subscriptions, including HATZ AI. The team has brought a lot of ideas to the table that have helped us move to the top of the industry in terms of technology.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from Merit IT.

How did you come to work with Merit IT?

Someone referred Merit IT to us. We chose them over other options because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

Merit takes care of all Mowery's IT needs and has been a great partner! 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Merit IT has helped us navigate the implementation process and has taken care of all the issues we’ve run into. The team has helped our company get our footing in the new world of AI.

How did Merit IT perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate with Merit IT through in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Blane (Owner) has handled the implementation process himself.I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
