Initially, we engaged Meridian Solutions to enhance lead quality and strengthen our search engine optimization (SEO) strategy. Despite having substantial website traffic, a large portion consisted of unqualified visits, including spam and irrelevant inquiries. Over a period of four months to 6 month, they helped us eliminate these inefficiencies.

A few months into our partnership, we expanded our collaboration to include Social media marketing.

Over time, their team has continually generated blog content. While we have an in-house content creator, Meridian Solutions brings a fresh perspective and refined execution. Additionally, they’ve optimized keywords and secured backlinks for our existing blog posts.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Meridian Solutions has elevated our brand presence, improved the quality of our website and blog, and most importantly increased the number of qualified leads.

Previously, only 30%–40% of our leads were high quality, meaning we had to filter out a substantial portion. Since partnering with Meridian Solutions, that number has nearly doubled, reaching 50%–60% qualified leads.

While our total site traffic has slightly declined, the quality of inquiries has significantly improved. In the past, we received a high volume of messages from students and individuals seeking free information. Now, the inquiries we receive come from those genuinely interested in our services.

Meridian Solutions is highly responsive. When we have questions, they quickly connect us with the right team member and provide timely answers.

At the beginning, we had monthly meetings lasting 30 to 60 minutes. As our workflow became more seamless, the need for frequent communication decreased. Now, we only reach out every few months, as they handle everything efficiently.
