Medkon is an AI and automation agency in Malad West, Mumbai, run by experienced engineers. We build WhatsApp AI agents on the official API, CRM and lead follow-up automation (Zoho, HubSpot, Odoo, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make), AI document processing, and Shopify stores with ecommerce automation, plus SEO and AEO so businesses are found on Google and cited by AI answer engines.

We work with clinics, coaching institutes, real estate brokers, interior designers, D2C brands and marketing agencies (white-label, under NDA). Typical results: every enquiry gets an instant WhatsApp reply, follow-ups run without anyone remembering, and repetitive data entry disappears.

How we work: a free 30-minute call to map your process, a written plan with a fixed quote, a build tested on real past enquiries and documents, then launch with two weeks of free fixes and a documented system. Clients talk directly to the engineers building their system. A founder replies within 45 minutes, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm IST.

Security is part of every build: least-privilege access, API keys kept on the server, logged actions, consent designed in line with India’s DPDP Act, and sensitive conversations handed to a person.

AI is used only where it saves time or wins business. Agents answer from client-approved information, say when they are unsure, and never invent prices or dates. We test them on real past conversations before launch. No AI slop.

Starting prices: ₹15,000 for a single automation, ₹40,000 for a CRM setup with several workflows and an AI reply agent. Larger projects are quoted after a free call. Prices exclude GST and third-party tool subscriptions. Typically 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
