I’m part-owner of Concrete Experts, a relatively small concrete company with about 20 employees. We offer different concrete services in Calgary, Canada.

We needed help with SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mediaworx is providing ongoing SEO services for us. They handle our keyword research and website content. 

What is the team composition?

We’re working with Rens (Digital Marketing Advisor).

How did you come to work with Mediaworx?

One of our part-owners met Rens at a tradeshow. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spend around $800 CAD (approximately $600 USD) per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since March 2014, and our partnership is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Mediaworx, we rank first or second for our target keywords. Additionally, we get a lot of organic advertising.

How did Mediaworx perform from a project management standpoint?

Mediaworx is always prompt with their work and ahead of things; they don’t wait for our instructions. We can rely on them to manage and take care of our website. We’ve set a monthly limit on how much we want to spend on their services, and we’ve always received twice as much work as we need. We communicate through emails and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Even though Rens is traveling in different parts of the world, he still gets stuff done quickly. He’s always available within 24 hours through phone and email.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything.

Just tell them what you want and need, and they’ll customize their services for you.
