Search results, news coverage and AI answers shape how people see a company or a person. When that picture is wrong, outdated or harmful, MediaMaze steps in. We are an Amsterdam reputation management agency and have been doing this work for over fifteen years.
Every week we file removal and de-indexing requests with search engines such as Google, Bing and Brave, and with AI providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic. We challenge reviews on platforms like Google and Trustpilot when they break the law or the platform's own rules. Our digital PR blends specialist PR with SEO and GEO, so that accurate information is what people find. With Reptor.AI, our own monitoring platform, clients see where they stand online and what our work has achieved.
If a platform turns down a valid request, we escalate to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or to an out-of-court dispute settlement body under the Digital Services Act, and if needed we take the matter to court.
Our cases have been reported by The Guardian, NRC, Trouw, AD and RTL Nieuws, among them the Dutch right to be forgotten ruling about search results on a disciplined surgeon. We work for listed companies, family businesses, executives and medical specialists. Fees are agreed upfront and can be set per case, per request or as a retainer.
