Mechonus is a specialized engineering and precision manufacturing firm dedicated to solving the challenge of obsolete and hard-to-source machinery parts for global industrial clients.
When OEM drawings are lost and original manufacturers go out of business, Mechonus bridges the gap through an end-to-end recovery process: from physical sample intake, 3D laser metrology scanning, and parametric CAD reconstruction (restoring original design intent and eliminating wear), to high-precision 3D/5-axis CNC machining and full CMM quality inspection.
We serve plant maintenance engineers, equipment restoration shops, and machinery operators who cannot afford extended downtime. Mechonus delivers single-piece replacements and low-volume prototyping without high Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ).
