I am a founder of Iamai.academy and sentiencelab.com. My company is working in domain of education, we make online courses, but also tools based on AI that support both teaching and learning processes.

I needed a personal website to unify all my professional activities. I hired Meaning to write me a fluent and fluid story for my site.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I worked with Meaning before. I like their structured approach, quality of work, professionalism and attention to details as well as fast deliveries.

After a kick-off meetings and after I have filled in the intake form, and several follow-ups, I have received a draft version that we tuned up. I received both the text and wireframes for my site.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It is still an early stage, but from my inner circle I received compliments for my new website.

Highly effective, we have periodical checkpoints and of course if necessary ad hoc sessions, but everything was delivered on time as agreed, though I had quite relaxed deadlines,

They write good stories, professionally and on time.

Not that it comes to my mind.

We made a switch from web services to focus more on MLOps solutions as well as narrow down our target audience. As such we needed a new website and copywriting for it.

How did you select this vendor?

We previously worked with them and were quite happy with results.

First they setup a meeting in order to identify our problems and afterward we completed a survey detailing our expectations and requirements. Afterwards they delivered the new website copy, social media profiles descriptions and worked with our designer on highlighting strengths of our business.

I worked directly with Daniel and his associates.

Their copy-writing is allowing us to enter highly competitive market, attract new client and also serve allows our website to serve as a central hub for our future brand promotions.

Before the project start we established deadlines, and continued communication using email and Viber. Everything was delivered even before deadlines. Their attention to detail was amazing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way the put and effort to bring company's identity to life. Their clever use of humor made me fall in love with new website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'm absolutely satisfied with how they organized everything.

I am the CEO & Co-Founder of startup company Fresh Agriculture Technologies. We have developed Krops, an online tool that helps farmers around the world to increase their farm efficiency by getting the right agronomical insight from the field.

For what projects/services did your company hire Meaning?

We wanted to create a new content strategy for our new product - KROPS. Since we did not have any in-house marketing, we have decided to hire a crew from Meaning. Our goal was to develop a new copy and content strategy for our product and to increase awareness of our new brand.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for a content marketing strategy agency in our country and shortlisted a few of them. Meaning came as a recommendation from a friend. Since we were following their work on social networks for some time before, it was an easy choice for us. We were looking for somebody who has out-of-the-box thinking and who knows the industry of agriculture technology. Since they have some previous experience, we've decided to hire them.

After organizing the initial kick-off meeting we've framed details of the project and the final deadlines. They provided us with several questionnaires that helped them more in order to understand the industry and market. We've decided to share all relevant material from our site and to make the task easier for them.

We've had weekly 30-minute meetings where we discussed more topics of the product, industry, market, buyer persona, etc. After that, we have received an initial draft of the copy and content strategy. They provided several review meetings where we changed and aligned the strategy according to our top management requirements.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our goal with the new copy and content strategy was to organize at least 10 B2B sales meetings. After initial cold outreach, we have succeeded to organize 30% of our target/goal. It is really great result, having in mind that we are presenting a brand new high-tech solution in a very traditional industry.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very effective. We've met once a week for a 30-minute meeting where we went over the materials and draft versions of their work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was awesome because they really understand the industry well. The copy and value propositions are innovative and awesome for everybody to understand what we are doing. They have done their market research of the market and industry, which has really provided a great content strategy!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, we are very satisfied.

Company and market analysis, analysis of low frequency keywords, first iterration of content for website and blogs, and fine tuning based on feedback.

Face 2 face communication was only with their owner.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The process was not finalized on our side, e.g redesign of website didnt follow the new website content, because of ongoing projects and commitments, but new content and narrative of the company collected great feedback.

We used mostly trello as shared drives as the process was really straightforward.

Nice and easygoing communication and quickness.

Im not an expert in their area of expertise to judge the process.
