Our Story
Diapason (MD S.O.S.) was founded by Maurice Delbar, an industry veteran with over 20 years of HR experience. In 1997, he built one of Poland’s first staffing agencies and served on the Eurociett board for 4 years. He saw firsthand how companies lose budget control when managing multiple temporary labor providers. To solve this, he created our VMS platform. Today, we combine his deep operational expertise with technology to fully automate and optimize vendor management.
