Once a proposal is approved, we start with a kickoff session to align on goals, stakeholders, timelines and next steps. Early in that process, we run what we call a Truth Hunt. This is a working session designed to uncover three things: the brand truth, the audience truth and the cultural truth. From that intersection, we define one core truth. That line becomes the anchor for the whole project. It guides the brief, scripting, storyboard, edit notes and success metrics, so everyone is clear on what the work needs to say and do. From there, we move through pre-production, production and post-production with a clear point of contact and regular check-ins throughout. Depending on the scale of the project, that can include scripting, mood boards, storyboards, casting, location scouting and approval rounds. The goal is always the same: sharper creative, faster alignment and work that performs, not just looks good.
