  I'm a hands-on fractional CTO and specialist engineering leader based in London,       
  working remote-first across the UK and Europe. I work two ways: as a fractional CTO for
  pre-seed to Series A startups, and as the specialist a larger company or Fortune 500   
  brings in to solve a hard, high-stakes engineering problem.

  For startups, I'm a technical co-founder-equivalent. As fractional CTO to an AI        
  startup, I took a founder-built prototype to a production, two-sided eSourcing         
  platform, closed the pre-seed round alongside the founder, and hired the founding      
  engineering team end-to-end. When an enterprise deal stalled on a missing SAP          
  integration, I built a SAP-lookalike service that mirrored the real API and ran the    
  demo live — moving the deal forward instead of losing it to a procurement timeline.    

  For large enterprises, I'm the specialist on the problem no one else has cracked. For a
  global manufacturer I built an explainable supply-chain allocation engine — a          
  transparent linear program that recommends, per SKU each month, how to split factory   
  output across distribution centers at the lowest total landed cost. The hard part      
  wasn't the maths; it was trust, so I built a cross-check that runs the live solver on a
  planner's exact spreadsheet inputs and returns a per-SKU diff — proving the engine     
  against the incumbent process one line at a time.

  Over a decade I've shipped systems from pre-seed startups to a UK government national  
  transformation programme and payments frameworks trusted by Citi, NatWest, and JP      
  Morgan. I stay hands-on across TypeScript, Node, Python, and Java, plus cloud/DevOps,  
  data, and AI/ML.
