Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The broader project scope was to upgrade the UX of our existing website with a more modern and engaging layout and a more intuitive and seamless design. Key deliverables included a strategic overview of website goals and page flow; development and presentation of a wireframe; building out function layered with an updated brand aesthetic; assistance in editing images and video content to optimize layout; followthrough guidance to train our team on editing and ongoing managment of site

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Visitors to the site have voiced positive feedback on usability and aesthetic. We currently do not have defined KPIs around success, but will be aggregating and analyzing visitor traffic to understand availble data later this year.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The overall communication and consistent professionalism of the team was fantastic. They were clear in explaining design and capbility choices and also provided some stratefic insight based on best practice experience. Turnaround was well-paced and any pauses in process were often due to deliverables due on our end.

We were fortunate enough to have the founder of this company as part of our non-profit membership community. As a leader, he walks the walk when it comes to uplifting people and purpose that align with his own compny culture. We felt that the caliber of product delivered for our project was absolutely on par with their top client tier, which exhibits a level of pride in their work and integrity that is invaluable.

 Develop a complete sauce brand from the ground up. This includes crafting the brand identity, visual guidelines, logo and emblem design, and identifying effective and practical packaging solutions.

Overall, no major concerns, though I would have appreciated the opportunity to see some of the design work during the process.
