To mark our company, Easy Consult, 20th anniversary, we organized a special series of Anniversary Roadshow events across multiple cities in Bulgaria where we have offices, bringing together colleagues, clients, partners, and friends to celebrate our achievments over the past 2 decades. The Anniversary events were split into two parts: 1) A panel discussion on “Demographic Challenges, Opportunities for Attracting Talent from Abroad, and Solutions for Improving the Labor Market and Migration,” with leading experts from various business sectors and HR professionals, followed by a business cocktail reception, offering opportunities for networking.

Throughout the entire organization process, Matti D was our trusted partner, providing exceptional support and customer service—from the initial consultation to the full event management, including venue selection, venue hire, catering & food, music and entertainment, décor, and logistics. They made the entire process incredibly smooth, stress-free, and efficient, taking care of every detail so our team could focus on what mattered most. Their exceptional service ensured everything went problem-free.

We would like to give a special shoutout to the amazing team at Matti Events & Fine Food for their exceptional support in organizing our corporate 20th Anniversary events. Their attention to detail, seamless coordination, and excellent catering contributed to the success and enjoyment of each event. We received numerous compliments across all locations regarding the organization, atmosphere, food, and overall experience – all thanks to Matti. For all our future corporate events, office openings, Christmas parties, product launches, and more, we will continue to trust Matti and highly recommend them to all our partners and friends.

The project management was exceptional. We had a dedicated point of contact for our events, Valentin, who did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was always available and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met and everything was delivered on time. Darik radio has a new club - “QD9” a platform for exchanging ideas, changing the processes, mentoring young social innovators and organizing new type of event. The idea of ​​the platform, built on the principle of a private club, is to gather in one place people, that have the potential to move our society forward. Proven experts to build an environment for the realization of creative entrepreneurial ideas and projects. Almost every month we have meetings. Matti is our partner who provides to all of our members high quality food and service, so they are very pleased and impressed.

Most of all good reviews and good mood :)

Matti team is well organized, always on time (or earlier) in the event locations. The supervisor is always smiled, very calm and with profesional view to all of our requiarments and ideas. They have a solution even if it is "last moment" situation".

We were impressed to find that Matti's waiters were primarily male, with very good culture and manners.

Yes, they can enrich their equipment.

I'm the manager of EPD operations at ClickUp, an all-in-one productivity platform that helps teams manage tasks, projects, documents, and collaboration in a single workspace.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Matti?

We needed help with event coordination, payment assistance, and dinner logistics.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Matti provided a Google Sheet with all of the dinners and their details, including name, address, menu, transportation, and entertainment. The team also provided a coordinator to walk us to the venue and manage day-of needs, navigate last-minute requests from our leadership team, provide a bus service, and make suggestions for our events.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 11–16 teammates from Matti.

How did you come to work with Matti?

I found them through a Google search for event coordinators and planners in Sofia, Bulgaria. Their website looked professional, and they were the first to get back to me. I felt confident after our first call that they would solve my problems.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August–September 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Everyone said they had a great time. All dietary restrictions were accommodated, and the invoicing for the event was finalized. Attendees said they had a lot of fun and that the event felt seamless.

Their ability to make 11–16 count reservations and dinners in such a short period was impressive. The team was professional no matter what challenge we faced.
