What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We enlisted Russ at Mass to support us on developing a bespoke finance analysis and budgeting tool in Airtable. We knew we needed improvements as we were using a lot of manual excel tools and we'd begun to play around with Airtable but struggled to really get the functionality in place. 

Russ quickly understood the brief and was able to understand the business problems driving our needs which meant he could not only anticipate what we were looking for but improve on the brief and propose solutions we didn't know were options. The outcomes have been tangible and easily demonstrate success as we've been instantly (pretty much!) able to use the data and continue to hone and improve the system.

Russ is super organised and excellent at communication. He has clearly created briefs, scopes and updated on time – if anything the biggest challenge has been keeping up with his pace and good organisation!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to understand our business and what we need is impressive. We had used previous airtable consultants who could build a 'system' but didn't really understand the business needs – Russ understands business and people in a way that means he can build systems that people can actually use and understand.

Nothing that comes to mind.

Our Airtable setup was built and then expanded to integrate our other systems. The measurable outcome was the reduction in time creating and analysing our data (as this was all available now in well designed views).

Highly communicative with high quality regular updates and efficient requirements gathering. Mass always looked to understand the problem and come up with the best solution for us.
