I work in marketing strategy for a new agency founded in 2020.

We needed to create a brand and logo for our company because we did not have an i house design team. We mainly focused on backend issues.

We were looking for reasonable prices for our project. Marz Agency gave us a great quote.

We scheduled a call and they created a group chat where we told them what we were looking for and they designed and rebranded our company. Communication was on a daily occurrence. They gave us a version 3 design that we have selected.

Two people on their team were in constant contact. They were the head designer and the owner of Marz Agency.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our traffic has increased 2.5% since our rebranding.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They updated us before and after every version of our brand we had in mind. We were on zoom calls and a group chat. It took two weeks but our timeline was 3 weeks so we were very happy to have it completed a week early.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their constant attention and speed at which they worked were impressive.

We are having MARZ optimize our online advertisements to get the most out of our monthly advertising budget. With their help we have been able to acquire customers for a profit.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were recommended by a friend and couldn’t be any more happy with the results we’ve received.

We had two onboarding meetings to get our backend and advertising accounts setup. Following that we started to receive immediate results and can directly see the effects advertising has on our business. I couldn’t be any more happy with the Marz team!

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We met all of the founders at MARZ Agency prior to beginning our advertising campaigns. We also had them produce our ad content and met one of their graphic designers Alex.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After joining MARZ we have seen a 3% increase in our conversions rate. We have also been able to lengthen our customer retention through email flows they setup for us. Finally, our AOV has increased $60 due to their revamp of our site making it easier to navigate and adding upsells.

Communication was seamless, we had constant 24/7 support from our account manager Christian. He was very attentive to our needs and fixed any concerns we had in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a lot of experience with all the different facets of advertising. Did a great job of explaining and breaking down all of the advertising jargon into an easy-to-understand way. The team overall is fantastic to work with and we haven’t looked back since hiring them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There isn’t a single thing I would change. The team has a very seamless and efficient process that got us up and running in a matter of a few days. Following onboarding they kept in constant communication with us to give us updates on the amazing results we were seeing and everything new they were doing with our account.
