Today, MPC operates two plants in Harford County, and two in Cecil County. Our delivery fleet of over 140 vehicles is comprised of front and rear discharge ready-mixed trucks, concrete pumping trucks, dumping trucks, and roll-off trucks that service a large selection of trash and debris containers.
