Martin Commercial Brokerage specializes in representing Middle Tennessee based corporations, professional service firms, and any other leasers or purchasers of commercial space.  Introducing true tenant only representation to the greater Nashville market, MCB does not manage or own any commercial space whatsoever, nor do we accept any sublease listings.  Because of these simple and absolute facts, our firm has no conflict of interest.  MCB has one singular focus and commitment:  to save our client, the tenant, money. Often, the thing that most intrigues our first time clients is how we get compensated.  More to the point, how much do our services cost you, the client?  The answer is you pay us absolutely nothing.  Our firm gets compensated by the landlord’s broker's requirement to split their commission with us as the agent for the tenant or buyer.  Instead of the broker for the building receiving the entire commission for representing the building and the tenant/buyer, which creates a conflict, the commission is split.  The end result is that the involvement of MCB in negotiations does not impact or inflate the commission costs to the building owner in any way.  To the contrary, we help building owners; we just help tenants more.  After all, our job is to save space users money, and we take this charge very seriously.
