They completely managed our Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP (Demand-Side Platform) campaigns. Key deliverables included dayparting optimizations continuous negative keyword harvesting video ad creation using our existing assets and setting up retargeting funnels to capture past browsers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During the critical Q4 holiday rush our year over year ad attributed revenue skyrocketed by 43%. Concurrently our ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) improved from 2.1 to 3.4. We had our highest grossing inventory sell through in company story.

The weekly Loom videos they sent were fantastic. They walked through the data explained what tweaks they were making and saved us from having to sit through long unproductive meetings. They hit every milestone effortlessly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their transparency regarding what wasn't working. If an experimental ad group failed. they didn't try to hide it behind vanity metrics. They told us immediately explained why and shifted the budget to high performers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Marketplace Xpertz could have done differently?

Their custom data dashboard can sometimes be a bit slow to load due to the sheer volume of metrics pulled from Amazon's API. A simplified lighter version would be a welcome tweak.

They handled the entire store setup brand registry verification and products cross listing mapping for both platforms they optimized the catlog for Walmart's specific search grid algorithm and set up our initial advertising campaigns on Walmart connect.

We went live on both platforms ahead of schedule within the first 90 days walmart became a consistent revenue driver accounting for roughly 15% of our overall brand sales without cannibalizing our website traffic.

An introductory video tutorial detailing how to navigate the Walmart Seller Center dashboard post launch would have been great as it's not the most intuitive layout.
