We created a unique knowledge base for various subjects related to doing business in Serbia. Experienced authors and subject matter experts would regularly publish articles about all relevant topics, from company establishment, through legal, tax and accounting specifics, to marketing and advices on how to run your company from successful entrepreneurs. Also, every week we published and in detail interview with one small business owner about their entrepreneurial journey.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After two years of work, the project had roughly 200.000 unique visitors per month, mostly organic, and mostly coming to evergreen content that Markeing4tech polished after authors delivered their draft.

We would usually agree on a monthly schedule and have weekly checkups via email where we exchanged material and deliverables.

We approached Marketing4Tech for consulting assistance in creating strategic company narrative as well as individual content pieces for different sections of our new website. Considering the fact that we wanted to create a different type of content which was devoid of marketing “empty talk” and trying to convey expertise based message, this required someone who can both understand the technical/business aspect as well as articulate it in a direct and understandable way. 

During the content creation process, Vladimir’s inputs and suggestions helped us significantly to arrive at the desired outcome and facilitated a healthy discussion.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with their level of expertise and approach. It is really difficult to find this very tricky combination of technical knowledge (even including very narrow niche topics) as well as copywriting skills and general marketing understanding. For technological companies this is a very common pain point, and Marketing4Tech fills this niche without a glitch.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Marketing4Tech could have done differently?

This is more of a general comment - you should expect a very direct and honest conversation i.e. if something looks wrong or stupid - this will be addressed directly. So no sugar coating. For us it was a very good match, but this may be a little surprising for those expecting only “yeses”.
