I'm a team manager at NorthGate Securities tasked with marketing and reputation management responsibilities. NorthGate is a financial services company that works with Angel investors to fund viable startups in Africa

For what projects/services did your company hire Marketing Trybe?

We hired Marketing Trybe Agency to help us create brand awareness campaigns to launch certain products our company was introducing to the public as well as generate leads for the product.

We found Marketing Trybe here on clutch and saw they had a 5 star review. On contacting them they were so warm yet professional in all our conversations. It was evident that they knew what they were doing and could command the fee they charged.

After agreeing to work with Marketing Trybe, they sent 2 of their staff over to meet with us and these guys diagnosed our need and on the spot crafted a solution which we went over until we had designed a solution that we were comfortable with. The managed and still manage all our ad campaigns.

What was the team composition?

They're super creatives that I will recommend anytime any day. Besides being creatives, they're know their stuff to the teeth.

Since the beginning of our work together, we've had more people reach out to us to make inquiries about our products.

The work flow was/is very seamless and efficient.

Their friendliness and professionalism are impressive. Another thing is their attention to detail in all their dealings.

Are there any areas for improvement?

All companies have areas of improvement, for Marketing Trybe, I'll say they can improve by adding more features to their overall services.

I am the Creative Director at MBH a beauty and makeup company and the Co founder at KLM Fashion.

At MBH, we were looking to attract high level clients using digital marketing for a long time, it didn't generate any significant results until we hired Marketing Trybe to handle our advertising and within days we were getting booked out that we had to hire more staff and by January 2021 turn off the ads because we were having more jobs than we could handle.

We wanted to get 2 high level wedding client per week.

We searched online for the best digital marketing agency in Nigeria and Marketing Trybe showed up on this platform and we contacted them via their contact email.

After we agreed and got into a contract, Marketing Trybe assigned to us a campaign manager and project manager who interacted with us to know and understand our business and what we wanted, the did the market research for us, reverse engineered what our competitors were doing and boom, we began having fantastic results.

What was the team composition?

Basically, we were assigned a Project manager and a campaign manager, we didn't really have to interact with the other members of staff of the Agency.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Without any exaggeration, Marketing Trybe has made us profitable as a business in 3 months of working with them more than we have been in the last 1 year. Our advertising costs reduced but our quality leads increased.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager is such a warm lady and we were able to interact easily because she was interested in our business and spent the time to understand what we wanted.

I was impressed by their willingness to help us grow and the fact that they know what they were doing for us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We believe everyone can always improve, but frankly, I'll say every step of the way so far, Marketing Trybe has been excellent.
