I’m the HR manager at Teach9, an online educational technology startup.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digital Search Pad?

We needed a digital marketing partner to put our business on the first page of Google.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital Search Pad provides SEO and SEM services, including PPC campaigns and keyword research. Their team markets our website on social media, creating Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter campaigns. They also work on web and blog content that we upload.

What is the team composition?

The team included four to five people, and we have a main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Digital Search Pad?

We were in contact with another digital marketing firm, but they didn’t deliver on time and were charging us a lot. One of our teammates from Pakistan recommended Digital Search Pad.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with Digital Search Pad started in January 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve received a positive response. Even during holidays, we see great responses from teachers and students. We’re also getting a lot of signups. Due to the blogs, our site has seen an increase in traffic.

How did Digital Search Pad perform from a project management standpoint?

Digital Search Pad’s team is professional, constantly meeting deadlines. Our main point of contact is extremely hardworking. We never have to remind them of meetings. They send a progress report before each meeting, so we’re never out of the loop.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team at Digital Search Pad is motivated and dedicated. They work hard and perform an amazing job.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I haven’t received any complaints.
