Freelance UX Design Lead
As an independent contractor, I partner closely with enterprise teams to spot opportunities in unmet user needs, co-create better digital products, and scale design capabilities that drive growth. Common responsibilities: - Develop strong working relationships with clients/leaders and team members - Lead UX projects and/or team of talented designers and researchers. - Work end-to-end with product teams to research, ideate, design, validate and ship better experiences for a variety of web/mobile applications, and platforms. Lean UX and agile approach. - Provide UX direction and user-centered design guidance - Combine oversight with hands-on work. - Facilitate UX workshops and design sprints. - Mentorship and training to improve team collaboration and design understanding.
Industri experience includes e-Commerce, software and SaaS, transport and travel, the blockchain, finance, igaming, media and publishing.
